Why do I have to store it in a refrigerator?: FINE Loure® MD and FINE Loure® do not contain any preservatives, so we recommend you store them in a refrigerator. For this reason, when we deliver the product to our customers, we deliver it by refrigerated courier service. After use, please put the cap on and store it in a refrigerator immediately. Ideally, the product should be used up within one month of opening. Furthermore, try to keep the product as clean as possible by refraining from touching the mouth of the nozzle and wiping it with a tissue, etc. in the instance it gets dirty.
After use, why does my skin have a stretched feeling to it?: In order for hyaluronic acid and atelocollagen to make a moisture retention membrane on the surface of your skin, there can be a stretched feeling to your skin after use, especially after using FINE Loure® MD. This is not the stretched feeling that comes with dryness, but because your skin is coated with a moisture retention membrane. For those concerned about the stretched feeling, please apply emulsion or cream. We recommend slowly reducing the amount of emulsion or cream as you become used to the feeling.
Can I put emulsion or foundation on top of it?: FINE Loure® MD and FINE Loure® makes a moisture retention membrane with hyaluronic acid and atelocollagen on the surface of your skin, so it is possible that the coating will tear and come off in a powder form if rubbed with too much force. If you are applying makeup after using FINE Loure® in the morning, please apply makeup bases and foundations with a soft touch and without rubbing. If you are applying emulsions and creams after using FINE Loure® MD at night, please apply with a soft touch and without rubbing.
It’s decided that FINE Loure® MD is for use at night and FINE Loure® is for use in the morning, but can I use each item both at night and in the morning?: FINE Loure® MD is a beauty essence for night use. It makes a moisture retention membrane to contain moisture in your skin, so we recommend using it at night. There is a chance the moisture retention membrane can be rubbed off when applying makeup, so we do not recommend using it in the morning. FINE Loure® is a beauty essence for morning use. It protects your skin from dryness and irritation throughout the day, so we recommend using it in the morning.
It says that ideally I should use up FINE Loure® MD and FINE Loure® within a month of opening, but what should I do if I can’t use it all up?: Ideally, FINE Loure® MD and FINE Loure® should be used up within one month of opening. If the state of preservation is good even after one month, please continue to use the product as is. But, the product does not contain any preservatives, so please try to use up the product as quickly as possible.
The product does not come out when I push on the pumps of the FINE Loure® MD and FINE Loure® bottles. What should I do?: Because FINE Loure® MD and FINE Loure® do not contain any preservatives the bottles use vacuum pumps which prevent unwanted bacteria from getting in. Occasionally, when storing for long periods of time at temperatures of 10°C and below, the beauty essence becomes too cold and hardens, making it difficult to come out of the pump. When this happens, return the product to room temperature for about 30 minutes and try pressing the pump again.
